Finance Manager at Airtame in Copenhagen, NY

As our Finance Manager, you will contribute successfully to building a modern and efficient financial setup at Airtame. The Finance Manager will ensure that daily accounting is managed and carried out with integrity and to a high standard. The position has the overall responsibility for accounting and financial reporting. On top of this, you will have a vital role in implementing Netsuite across the company. You will have an excellent opportunity to shape and influence your role as we grow in the coming years. The position will report to the CFO of Airtame. Outcome for the next 12 months Be responsible for daily bookkeeping and accounting. Take ownership of the month-end close process. Financial reporting to the Leadership Team and the Board of Directors. Streamline operational process and digitalization/automation of bookkeeping- and accounting processes and financial reporting. Prepare the annual report and the statutory audit. Handle Tax and VAT matters. Participate in implementing an ERP system (Netsuite) from an accounting perspective. Drive ongoing review and adjustment of procedures and processes following applicable legislation and internal rules. Prepare financial analysis and provide financial support to the whole organization to ensure that business decisions are based on correct information and considerations. Competences 3
years of experience in finance and accounting as a finance manager or seasoned financial controller. Bachelor's degree or similar in Business, Finance, Accounting. Solid understanding of the Danish accounting act and practices as well as VAT rules. Preferable insights into international accounting and reporting standard (IFSR). Hands-on experience and knowledge of reconsolidating and reporting the financials of several entities as well as intercompany settlements. Comfortable working with an ERP system (e.i. Netsuite). Excellent communication skills in Danish and English. Analytical mindset. Great organizational skills and the ability to focus both on the big picture and pay attention to the details.
