The role As an IT Consultant within Templafy you will work closely with our Technical account managers and Tech support engineers to keep our customers on the latest version of our software. You will be part of an enthusiastic taskforce that will focus on upgrading all of our customers to our latest platform as well as assisting the rest of the Technical Operations team on deployment related matters. As part of the team you will be working closely with our Customer Success team, Account Managers, Technical Account Managers and our Tech Support team. The role offers the opportunity to work with a SaaS platform utilizing the latest tech stack. There will be room to expand the role and to grow for a future career path in Templafy. Key responsibilities Act as the primary contact to client IT where you will be the trusted guide and advisor throughout the platform upgrade process Guide and coordinate all aspects of platform upgrades from start to finish Walkthrough of the upgrade process with client IT Validate client technical pre-requisites Send new SW packages Assist client IT with any difficulties Requirements 3
years of experience working with the deployment of software in an Enterprise setting or similar technical implementation experience. Solid Project Management skills e.g. from technical consulting or guiding complex internal technical projects. Customer and team oriented - able to guide a customer through all aspects of a tech upgrade Skilled communicator. Have the ability to communicate technical topics to a range of different stakeholders such as customer c-level, client IT and non-tech persons. Professional knowledge of IT infrastructure e.g. Microsoft Windows PC, servers, iOS etc. Experience with deployment of MSI packages & .exe files Experience with enterprise software deployment methods (SCCM, GPO, InTune) Experience with or knowledge about SSO and software deployment on Citrix Employee Benefits Employee Equity Program Private health insurance Company lunch contribution Language (Danish) courses Phone and broadband covered by company Centrally located office - easy access to public transportation Company events and team activities Friendly environment with work-life balance
