Your mission will drive global growth and scale through the development and execution of a robust account-based marketing GTM strategy. Own, plan and execute all demand generation programs that support revenue growth and retention for both sales-assisted and self-service growth Own Calendly's Account-based Marketing Strategy and toolset Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure Pipeline & ARR goals are being met Use all available marketing tactics and tools to reach and convert the ideal prospect Own the program calendar across multiple segments in partnership with digital marketing, content, website, and social teams to deliver cohesively integrated campaigns that are well communicated throughout the organization Execute launches for new products, features, and integrated GTM messaging campaigns Partner with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Operations/Analytics to deliver best-in-class integrated programs that amplify the brand and measurably accelerate growth Partner with Sales and Operations to keep the sales teams fully enabled on all live and upcoming marketing programs This opportunity is for you if you have/are:

years of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience with proven, data-driven inbound, and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis, and reporting across channels Experience managing a team of marketers Deep experience with Demandbase or other ABM platforms Strong understanding and experience of Marketo and Salesforce Organized self-starter with the ability to plan, execute, and measure multiple marketing campaigns at once Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail Experience in working with cross-functional teams; ability to effectively communicate with, influence, and motivate a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization Creative, strategic problem solver with a strong work ethic Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
