The Role Pantheon is looking for a talented FP&A Senior Manager to grow our Finance team capabilities and establish core financial processes! You will be joining a talented, diverse team at a fast-paced growth company that is defining the new category of WebOps. The FP&A team plays an integral role in managing the long-term growth plans, ensuring allocation of resources to strategic initiatives, and providing guidance on opportunities to accelerate growth. We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves to establish, build, maintain, and automate key processes related to budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and commission calculations. As Pantheon grows to $100M
in revenues, this individual will be a critical member in providing guidance to our executive team on key economic decisions and new growth channels and opportunities. The role will provide an excellent growth opportunity to learn all aspects of financial planning and forecasting and wear multiple hats on various cross-functional finance initiatives. The role will report into our Head of FP&A. What You Bring to the Table Relevant
Experience:
7-10 years of broad finance experience (FP&A, Investment Banking, Public Accounting, Strategy Consulting) Passion to learn and experiment in a changing environment Manage sales compensation and commission processes Strong Excel Business partner to Sales and Marketing teams Willingness to roll up your sleeves from a financial analysis and process standpoint Humility and a sense of humor Self-starter with drive and initiative to push projects to completion Detail-oriented to navigate complex data and business models in a world where data is disparate, incomplete, and ambiguous Bonus Points Working knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite and Zuora Experience working in a venture-backed environment Pre IPO company Cool Things You'll Do and Learn Develop insights for Pantheon's Go to Market strategies to accelerate growth, scale our processes, and improve our sales efficiency Serve as the main business partner to our Sales and Marketing teams as Pantheon embarks on their next stage of growth. Ideate new opportunities, markets for international expansion, analyze our existing growth strategies, and provide analytical support from evaluating GTM team performance. You will serve as the bridge between Finance, Sales, and Marketing leadership to develop data-driven approaches to evaluate and improve Pantheon's Sales and Marketing actions. You will be expected to develop and maintain close working relationships with our Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and the entire GTM executive and VP-level leadership as their key Finance liaison. This role enables you to become Pantheon's GTM subject matter expert from a financial lens in this new growth stage. Manage our sales compensation processes Lead our sales compensation process, from comp structure design, automating our commissions process, and aligning our comp incentives with our strategic GTM objectives. Partner closely with our Sales Operations, People, and Sales leaders to establish best practices and improve performance tracking within our financial systems today. We are launching a new commission software to automate and centralize our processes, and you will be an integral member in driving these improvements. Build and improve our financial reporting and systems Partner with our Accounting and Revenue Operations teams on month-end close, top-line revenue reporting, and cash management. Build and improve on existing reporting processes, while working on systems integration for automation on systems such as Zuora and Salesforce in 2021, and our new financial planning tool for 2022. Create Board and IR materials in support of IPO preparation Work cross-functionally with leaders on ad-hoc projects that evaluate our long-term strategy and Pantheon's market potential in the WebOps category. This is an opportunity to develop top-line and bottom-line guidance at a venture-backed company, and develop the skills for future public company-level guidance going forward. As a Sr. Manager, you will be expected to develop story lines, adjust them for different audiences, and present your analyses to the wider leadership team. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
