Director, Channel Sales

Job Summary Our ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience with customer engagement solutions and knowledge of leading contact center solutions. This role will be high touch and high visibility. The candidate will work with Channel Partners, Resellers and Authorized Technology Partners (ATPs) to generate pipeline, drive engagement, business value, and sales enablement, and maximize the potential of the partnership. The candidate must be confident about customer journeys with a focus on the value eGain brings to digital customer engagement. Duties/Responsibilities Form strategic alliances with key partners, resellers, and ATPs. Develop GTM plans and develop channel-specific plans for driving growth. Oversee lead generation strategy to generate qualified prospects. Present eGain solutions and benefits to partners, resellers, and prospects, driving business level outcomes to progress opportunities through the funnel. Maintain pipeline and dashboards that communicate to executive leadership the effectiveness of identified programs and investments. Execute, manage, and deliver against America's channel pipeline and bookings targets. Education and Experience 6
years of experience managing (leading) deep distribution relationships (OEM/Resell/Co-sell) and Complementary Technology Providers Relevant sector experience from a company such as Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Talkdesk, Cisco or Avaya is preferred. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
