How you will make an impact:
As an Emerging Sales Leader at Iterable you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of your Account Executives. While helping build a scalable and predictable sales engine you will also be instrumental in building the foundation that will help them in the professional selling career. This role will be reporting to the Manager of Emerging Sales. In this role you'll get to:
Hire, train, mentor and manage a team of Account Executives Motivate team members and drive high performance through leadership Identify and make recommendations for improvement in process, efficiency, and productivity Consistently deliver against sales pipeline, closing, and headcount targets Accurately forecast to create a scalable and predictable business Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member Lead by example and champion our operating principles while fostering a collaborative, transparent, inclusive sales environment We are looking for people who have:
High expectations and are always striving to get better each and every day Demonstrated the ability to work in and be a self-starter in a high paced environment Proven track record of exceeding targets while excellent individual performance across the team (no one person carries the team) Previous experience in carrying B2B quota for mid-market or enterprise software sales Experience negotiating with C-Level Executives Demonstrated ability to coach and up-level Account Executives that may none or little closing experience Sold and led teams in a highly competitive market Ability to lead in a remote environment Bonus points:
Successful track record selling in the Digital Marketing space Experience coaching through platforms such as Gong, Atrium, Outreach, etc. Previous experience with enterprise email marketing and/or marketing automation solutions Perks &

The minimum base salary for this position is $125,000/year. The compensation package includes equity, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial and other benefits. Additionally, perks such as daily paid lunches and generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others, are included

$100K -- $150K
