Our intelligent applications and solutions redefine how dispatchers, first responders and other public safety personnel work, increasing productivity and reducing error - ultimately saving more lives. A Business Systems Analyst is an all-around team player - capable of managing relationships and timelines, collaborating across all aspects of the organization, and just generally finding the forest through the trees. They guide our teams by contributing to our business goals, building new products, increasing the usability of existing products, and supporting our mission. A product owner must make important decisions with incomplete information, understand how to lead without authority, and be adept at managing and reducing complexity. This individual excels at explaining complex topics in very simple terms. We're a brand new team, and we're bringing the company out of its comfort zone to fundamentally change the public safety industry. There are still many unanswered questions, and we're looking for talented active listeners to solve these challenges with us. What are examples of work that the SOMA product organization have accomplished? We built the first, truly cloud-based public safety application suite that can be seamlessly deployed in any public or private cloud changing how agencies, law enforcement and first responders service communities. We architected a scalable open platform for data exchange to facilitate sharing of critical criminal data allowing law enforcement to solve crime faster, anticipate crime with data analysis and save lives. We developed an extensible and completely configurable records management system to handle the nuances and differences between federal, state and local agencies for quick deployments and implementation of new data applications. Requirements The following experience is relevant to us:

years of product owner experience or product design and a proven track record of effectively partnering with senior leadership You will have experience on data-intensive / business process transformation projects You have an understanding of cross-cutting data heavy processes Experience running products at various stages of maturity, from legacy to greenfield. You have a self-starter mindset, strong can-do attitude and team working spirit about stakeholder groups Knowledge and experience of Lean /Agile working Technically savvy - understanding of design, technology and data principles Experience of leading/supporting workshops with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture requirements and identify any potential risks/barriers as early as possible You have empathy with technical users and ability to elicit requirements from multiple stakeholders You are able to make data driven decision making - quantitative, experimentation-based problem-solving skills Collaborative approach and ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams Ability to understand the customer's challenges and able to articulate a vision to solve challenges Advanced analytical skills. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network Administration, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
